Race Reroll Basics
Your race determines passive stat bonuses in Slime Seas. Nine races span five rarity tiers with published roll rates. Rerolling replaces your current race with a random new roll from the full pool — there is no pity system guaranteeing legendary after N attempts.
Reroll items come from promo codes (LIKES25K grants 10), potential shop purchases, and event rewards. Consume items at the Race Reroll NPC on hub islands starting from Starter Island. See NPC map for locations.

When to Reroll
Don't reroll immediately as Human on Starter Island — clear content to level 30+ first. Human clears Demon Lord Rima (level 65) fine with Katana gear.
Do reroll after accumulating 5–10 rerolls from codes, before heavy technique investment, and when targeting Fabled/Legendary for end-game (Berserker wants Dragonborn).
Redeem all codes first: active codes. Technique rerolls from LIKES25K are separate — don't confuse the two item types in your bag.
Reroll Strategy
Target race by role: PvE DPS → Dragonborn/Lunarian. PvP → Oni/Shadowborn. Technique scaling → Djinn. Budget Fabled → Lunarian at 2% (realistic in 50 rerolls).
Never reroll one at a time without a batch plan — psychological trap of "just one more" burns Robux on shop rerolls after free codes exhaust. Track desired race on checklist.
